The Chosen, which appeared on French Television channel C8 on Monday evening, is a television drama (for age 12 and up) based on the life of Jesus Christ. Digging deeper into the people who encountered Jesus firsthand, it looks at Jesus through the eyes of those who met him, portraying him in a way that is more “personal, intimate, immediate.”
