☀️ Don’t miss a great opportunity to volunteer at church on what promises to be a gloriously sunny afternoon THIS SUNDAY 13th June at 13h00! (Bring a picnic to have in the garden if you are coming to church or the cake/bake/book/jam sale)
🌿 Amongst other things, we will be pruning, checking/clearing ground-level drains, and unblocking certain gutters (only for volunteers with previous experience of ladder work)
All ages most welcome for this super socially-distanced, family-friendly activity!
😷 Please bring a facemask, suitable clothes & footwear, gardening gloves, a snack & drink, picnic & rug, sunhat & suncream, and, if you have them (please label with your name), a bucket and trowel, a large flat screwdriver, a battery torch, an endoscope-type camera for Smartphone, a short or long pruning saw, and a hard hat and goggles.
We are also looking for some VOLUNTEERS FOR TWO CHURCH SPECIAL PROJECTS coming up:
– people with carpentry experience, to construct a trapdoor.
– people with decorating experience, to paint a small room.
