NEW DATE – Sunday 16th April

In preparation for Holy Trinity Church’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will take place after the 11am service on Sunday 16th April, I am revising and updating the Electoral Roll.

Only those whose names are on the Electoral Roll are eligible to vote at the AGM and, should they wish to do so, to be a candidate for Council membership.

If you are uncertain whether you have registered or not, please click here to contact me. If you have not yet registered, I will send you a form for completion.

The Church of England regulations state that only those who have registered a minimum of 14 days before the AGM takes place can participate in voting at the meeting.

The “cut-off” date to ensure eligibility is therefore Sunday 2nd April. Registration after that date is accepted but excludes you from being eligible to vote at this year’s meeting.
